NaOH base catalyzed hydrolysis of Ethyl benzoate produces Sodium benzoate and Ethanol. The reaction is irreversible. Initially benzoic acid is formed. But the presence of NaOH solution turns benzoic acid into it's sodium salt. So the ultimate products are Sodium benzoate and Ethanol as shown in the below scheme.
