In NaCl, Na acts as cation and Cl acts as anion. There is completely ionic bond between them.

But in NH4OH, there is an ionic bond between NH4+ cation and OH- anion. Also NH4+ contains 3 covalent bonds between N and three H atoms.

In CH3OH, all bonds i.e C-H, C-O and O-H bonds are covalent bonds.

In MgCO3 , Mg is cation and CO32- is anion and there is an ionic bond between them. In CO32- covalent bonds are present among three O atom and C atom.

Hence in this sence, NH4OH and MgCO3 both contain both ionic and covalent bonds.
