1. Although Nitrogen is more electronegative than carbon ,the direction of the dipole moment is towards the ring?
2.what happens when methylcyclopropane is heated with HBr?

Although Nitrogen is more electronegative than carbon ,the direction of the dipole moment is towards the ring Because Aromatic Ring have very high negative charge density due to this negative charge density dipole is directed towards positive to negative so dipole is directed towards the ring .
methylcyclopropane is heated with HBr then Bromo Propane is formed Because methylcyclopropane is very unstable and ring break easily in presence of HBr .
