R2CuLi behave as a nucleophile and attack on carbon of carbonyl group.

Ketone will formed as final product.

R2CuLi is a weak nucleophile so it will not attack on further on carbonyl group of Ketone.

RCOCl carbonyl group has more positive charge so R2CuLi easily attacks on it due to more positive charge of carbon of -COCl.
