how does ink stick to the paper

Any inkconsists of solvent and the dye. Paper has the fibers forming capillaries.Because of the surface tension ink permeates into capillaries. Then the paperfibers adsorb the molecules of dye, solvent evaporates and dye connectsstronger to the paper fibers.
