14 th group is is right side than 13 th group so , electronegativity increases from left to right

.


2. germanium have higher ionisation energy than gallium .

Left to right in the period ionisation energy increases in the period .


3. Gallium have higher ionisation energy than Indium .

Both the elements is in 13th group .

In the group Towards downward Size increases Ionisation decreases.

So, gallium is above of Indium So , gallium have higher ionisation energy than Indium.
