1. Gallium have lower atomic radius than Aluminium.

Because Gallium have filled d orbital but have no any filled d orbital and d orbital have poor shielding so, gallium have lower size than aluminium or approximately same size of Gallium and Aluminium.

Electronegativity of Ga is more than Aluminium.

Due to poor shielding of d orbital and smaller size in gallium than Aluminium.
