im trying to work out the half reaction and redox of this equation

Mn lose 5 electrons:
Mn²⁺ - 5e^- = Mn⁺⁷O₄^-
Bi takes 3 electrons:
BiO₃^- + 3e^- = Bi³⁺
So in this reaction, manganese is reductant and Bismuth is oxidant.
