According to the electroneutrality principle, barium nitrate can be dissociated as

Ba(NO3)2 → Ba2+ + 2NO3-

So if the concentration of Barium Nitrate is 0.10 M then according to the above equation the concentration of nitrate ion will be

NO3- = 2 "\\times" 0.10 = 0.20 M
