Write chemical formulae of the two common oxide of sulphur and indicate the oxidation state of sulphur in each one?
Oxoacids of sulphur are chemical compounds that contain sulphur, oxygen and hydrogen. Two oxacids of sulphur are;
(i) Peroxodisulphur acid: "H

2

S

2

O

8"
(ii) Dirhionic acid: "H

2

S

2

O

6

"
