we know molarity =(wt of solutex1000)/(mol wt of solutexvol of soln in ml)

initially:

4.5="\\frac{(w\\times1000)}{(40\\times25)}"

=4.5g

now vol of soln becomes 750 ml

so molarity becomes:

"\\frac{(4.5\\times1000)}{(40\\times750)}"

=0.15M
