As shown in the picture above, there are three sigma bonds around the first carbon atom and sp2
shows the hybridization, thus showing the trigonal pianar geometry and shape around that atom.
There are four sigma bonds around the second and third carbon atoms and sp3 shows the hybridization, thus showing the tetrahedral geometry and the shape around the carbon atoms.
The second oxygen atom has two sigma bonds and two lone pairs of electrons around it sp3 shows the hybridization ,Thus it has the tetrahedral geometry and the bent shape around it ( because of two lone pairs).
