volumetric flask with hexane:acetone (3:2). Measured the absorbance of
the purified carotene (collected in the volumetric flask), and found
that it corresponded to a concentration of 0.031 mg mL-1. What was the
concentration carotene in the original leaf extract in mg mL-1 ?
