If the solubility limit of glucose in water is 91g/100mL, then in 955 mLof water 869 g of glucose will dissolve:

91 g - 100 mL

m(glucose) - 955 mL

m(glucose) = 91g*955mL/100mL = 869 g

So in your experiment all 802 g of glucose will dissolve.
