Answer: We can deal with solutions, one of which is alkaline, and the other is acidic. Since their pH is mutually opposite then neutralization occurs, as a result, we obtain a solution with pH = 7. However, we can deal with two neutral solutions. For example, pH of alkaline solution 10, and pH of acid 3.
