Actually, it strongly depends on what kind of concentration do you mean. If you mentioned molar concentration, then there is no deference between HCl and HNO3 in a reaction with NaOH: HCl = H+ + Cl- and HNO3 = H+ + NO3-

However, H2SO4 can give upon the dissociation 2 mols of H+ cations and this affects another kind of stoichiometry - H2SO4 + 2NaOH = Na2SO4 + 2H2O or H2SO4 + NaOH = NaHSO4 + H2O.
