Suppose the above reaction is at equilibrium what is the effect of increasing concentration of D on C?

From Le Chatelier's principle, when we increase concentration of D, chemical equilibrium is shifted to the left side (backward reaction rate is higher than the forward): A + B ← C + D And the amount of C will decrease (C will be spent on the reaction with D). Answer: Equilibrium is shifted to the left side, the amount of C will decrease.
