Phosgene: Carbon is the central atom. It is connected via single bond to the Chlorine atoms and via a double bond to the oxygen atom. The oxygen atom has two lone pairs, while the chlorine atoms each have three lone pairs. The geometry of the molecule is sp2 . And the geometry is trigonal planar
