CaC2+H2O→C2H2+Ca(OH)2

1 mole of CaC2 produce 22.4 litres of acetylene on STP.

1 mole of CaC2→22.4 litres acetylene.

0.2 moles CaC2→0.2×22.4=4.48.litres

Acetylene=4.5 litres.

Therefore,4.5 litres of acetylene is produced.
