e) Calculate how much g of salt Samo needs to eat to cover his daily iodine requirement. Assume that Samo does not receive iodine from other sources, only through iodized table salt.

If One pack of chips weighing 140 g contains 2.5% salt. then;

2.5/100 × 140= 3.5g

If takes 2 packs that is 7 g of salt= 7000mg

For his weight he is supposed to consume 6500mg

Hence he exceeded
