Ionization energy is affected by:

-size

-effective nuclear charge and

Electron configuration

All the orders are correct apart from :

N>C in consideration of third ionization energy.

Electron configuration are:

N: "1S^2 \\>2S^2\\>2P^3"

"C:\\>1S^2\\>2S^2\\>2P^2"

Third ionization energy removes electron from s-orbital of Carbon and p-orbital of Nitrogen.

Carbon has higher third ionization energy than Nitrogen.
