Polystyrene (PS) is a non polar compound that has the most covalent character of the 3 chemicals above, because of its equally distributed electron bonds and therefore will dissolve the most in a hexane solvent.

Unlike PTFE which although is non polar, is generally insoluble in almost all solvents because of the fluorine in it's structure and PVC which is polar and as a rule cannot dissolve in non polar solvents"."
