From the equation,
If 1 mole of NaHCO3 reacts with 1 mole of HCl
Then 4.5moles of NaHCO3 reacts with 4.5moles of HCl.
Since 4.5moles is more than 2.4moles for HCl
Then HCl is the limiting reagent.
