Actually the first part of the question is not related to the second part.

"x=6.022\\times10^{23}" by definition because one mole of anything contains "6.022\\times10^{23}" particles.


Atomic mass of Na is 23 (according to the periodic table), hence the number of moles in 46 g equals:

"n=46g(Na)\\times\\frac{1mol(Na)}{23g(Na)}=2mol"


Answer: 2
