Equation of reaction is

NaOH + HCl => NaCl + H2O

Concentration of acid = 2M

Concentration of base= ?

Volume of acid = 50cm3

Volume of base = 25cm3

Amount of acid= 1mol

Amount of base = 1mol

Using the equation CaVa/CbVb= na/nb

Concentration of base(NaOH) =(2x50x1)/(1x25)

= 4M

Hence the concentration of the NaOH is 4M
