"AgNO_3" white precipiate with Cl"^-" ion not with silphate ion.

Lead(II)nitrate gives precipiate with both iron(II)sulphate and iron(II)chlorides.

Ammonium chloride forms no precipitate with both of them.

Potassium ferocyanide gives blue colour with both of them.

so we can say Silver nitrate can differentiate iron(II)sulphate and iron(II)chlorides.
