Molar Volume of every gas at STP = 22.40dm3

Volume of N2O at STP = 0.300dm3

Therefore,

Mole = Volume/Molar Volume

Mole = 0.30dm3/22.4mol-1dm3

= 0.01339mol

Mass = mole × molar mass

Molar mass of N20 = 28 + 32= 60gmol-1

Mass = 0.01339mol × 60gmol-1

= 0.803g
