Answer to Question #153365 in General Chemistry for Errrra

Question #153365

The sample solution was prepared by dissolving 1.0134 g of an alloy containing chromium and manganese. After the acid sample was decomposed, the manganese was oxidized to permanganates and dichromates. The sample solution was diluted to 250 mL. This solution in cuvette with a thickness of 20 mm, at wavelength λ1 gives an absorbance of 0.485 while at length λ2 wave gives an absorbance of 0.817.
