The interaction between ions and the hydrocarbons is ion- induced dipole interaction......

1. the more the charge more will be the the the dipole induced to the hydrocarbon

2. with the increase in the size of hydrocarbon the amount of dipole induced will increase.

3. Lesser the radius of ion more will be the induced dipole to the the hydrocarbon.

So , the interaction energy follow the order

O2- and C4H10 > Li+ and C4H10 > O2- and C3H8 > LI+ and C3H8

Hence, interaction between Li+ and C3H8 would be the weakest.
