When a drop of Sodium Hydroxide adheres to the side then less NAOH will react the acid.

Adding more phenophthalein means more acid will be used so that yhe colour can turn.

When the air bubble disappears then the Sodium hydroxide increases.

Addition of distilled water in the conical flask during titration will alter the reaction.
