According to kinetic theory, average kinetic theory "K.E=\\frac{3}{2}kT" , where k is the Boltzmann constant. Since, kinetic energy is independent of molar mass, their energies will be same for hydrogen and helium at the same temperature.

"\\therefore" The average kinetic energy of the system of Helium is 3818J also
