P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

P1 = 100kpa = 0.98 atm

V1 = 3.20 L

T1 = 25 0C = 298K

P2 = 1.3 atm

T2 = -57 OC = 216K

V2 = (0.98 x 3.20 x 216)/(298 x 1.3) = 1.748 L (Ans.)
