Both covalent and ionic bonds are crucial in our body. There must be there for all the processes to continue normally. the body functions well when there is the three bonds i.e ionic. hydrogen and covalent bonds. Some of the process that depend on this bonds include; homeostasis, signaling and energy production. Therefore if the body has only one bond some of the body processes will be affected.
