Two other reasons why electrolysis would be a more efficient method of extraction than the Kroll process are.....

1. More widely applicable

The electrolysis process is able to extract titanium from a wide range of titanium ore .

In addition to producing titanium from a composite anode consisting of a reduced titanium oxide it is also possible to electrowin titanium from other titanium compounds that are not oxides.

2. High Purity of metal

In this process the titanium metal obtain is very much pure than that of the koll's process.

As in electrolysis process the metal obtain is in molten state and free from any gasious substance.

In koll's process there is a possibility of impure and low quality Titanium

due to possibility of contamination by traces of oxygen or nitrogen make the metal brittle.
