Water is produced during the combustion of ethanol:

C2H5OH + 3O2 = 2CO2 + 3H2O.

From the equation it can be seen that from 1 mole of ethanol 3 moles of water is obtained. So, from 0.1 moles of ethanol 0.3 moles of water is obtained.

Answer: 0.3 moles.
