The ionization constant of the acid is

2.5×10-5.

percentage ionisation of Weak Acid = ( ionisation constant / concemtration )1/2 * 100 .

PERCENTAGE IONISATION OF  a 2.30 x 10^-2 M solution of hypochlorus acid. =

( 2.5×10-5 /  2.30 x 10-2 )1/2 * 100 ..

=0.32 * 10-1 * 100 = 3.2 % Answer .
