On the basis of six replicates the average content of wine in the glass is 12.61% ethanol.four analysis of the wine from the bottle gave a mean of 12.53% ethanol. The 10 analysis gave a pooled standard deviation pooled of 0.070%. Do the data indicate a difference between the wines at 95% confident level?
