so 9650 C = 0.1 Farad

By 1 Farad we mean that on passing 1 Farad of charge we obtain 1 equivalent of metal X through electrolysis deposition

hence by 0.1 Farad we will get 0.1 Equivalent of element X

here Element X is copper which is generally in +2 state hence its equivalent weight is molecular weight/2
