NEURALFOLDS: On either side of mid dorsal line the ectoderm becomes thick.

GUT: At this incubation stage foregut is formed.

MESODERM: It is present between ectoderm and endoderm.

BLOOD ISLANDS: Around the area pellucida, area opaca is present.
