Name and give an example of an association in which one organisms is harmed and the other benefits in plants and animals
Parasitism is a symbiotic relationship between species, where one organism (the parasite), lives on or inside another organism (the host). As a result, the parasite benefits while the host is harmed. Tapeworms are examples of parasites in animals while stem rust (fungi Puccinia graminis) is a plant parasite.
