Microbial interactions are one of the main forcesdirected global biogeochemical cycles - Carbon, Nitrogen, Sulfur and Phosphorus. Oxidation and reduction of organic and nonorganiccompounds, soil formation, synthesis of gases (H2, CH4) and plant-microbes inteactions depend on microbial communities in most cases.
