Question #34979
plz tell me calculation of Colony forming unit for product. i prepared serial dilution like 10 ml sample in 90 ml saline i.e 1:10 dilution ratio, and transfer 1 ml from 1st dilution into 9ml saline it gives 1:100 dilution ratio.. I got average 4 colony in 1st dilution and average 2 colony in 2nd dilution ,so what is the final result.
