If DNA sequence is 5' AATGCATCGCCCT 3' then when underlined strain is read
3' TTACGTAGCGGGA 5'
mRNA will be AAUGCAUCGCCCU, where uracil is instead of thymine according to the complementary pairing.
If we have m RNA sequence: 5'AUGCGCUAAUCGC 3', then due to the same rule of the complementary pairing we can predict the former DNA sequence: 5'TACGCGATTAGCG 3', where thymine is present instead of uracile.
