To get the right media for cell development depends on the type of cell. Microbial cultures need agar for growth plates or liquid system. Agar is always in liquid and powdered consistencies, available with additional nutrients for optimal growth. Use the trypan blue method for cell counting. To get a complete media for cell culture, we multiply the number of cells by the final volume of cells.
