From the negative stain below describe the morphology and arrangement of the bacteria.
I will use an example of a negative stain from A Photographic Atlas for the Microbiology Laboratory (4th ed., 2011, p. 38)
Bacterial cells are unstained against a dark background.
Morphology: rod-shaped (bacillus).
Arrangement: arranged in a group of two cells.
The small, irregularly-shaped white spots are bubbles or other artifacts.
