On a training day I forgot my water bottle .Explain how my body responded and include information about osmoreceptors, the hypothalamus,ADH and the nephron

Answer:

Every human beings are suppose to take water daily because their bodies are made up of 80% water. Our bodies function properly if there is enough water in it.

Lack of water intake causes headache but it go away if you drink a glass of water,Fatique-feeling weak, your energy level lowers and dry mouth-lack of saliva that can make it difficult to talk or injest any food.

Osmoreceptors are sensory receptors in the thirst center in the hypothalamus that monitor the concentration of solutes of the blood. The hypothalamus which is inside brain detect changes if there is an increase in blood osmolality which result in awareness of thirst.

If the person is more thirsty ADH is released by the pituitary gland ,it causes the kidney tubules to become more permeable to water. In this case nephron excrete les or no urine because of reabsorption of any fluid.
