Carpel tunnel syndrome (CTS) is the diagnosis in the case of this female patient.

Hypothyroidism is one of the most important causes of the CTS due to deposition of pseudo mucinous substances on the median nerve sheath leads to compression of the nerve of the narrow space of carpal tunnel that is present in the palmar side of the hand. So the patient feel pain and tenderness in the left wrist. Bilateral CTS is more frequently associated with systemic disorder.
