Our organism with every part of it is made up mostly of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. DNA sequences encode different type of proteins which perform variety of functions. In order to build the parts of our body proteins can play either structural role or regulatory function, providing the production of fats and carbohydrates from the simple materials we receive from food.
