Explain four tissues type
Tissue is the level of organization which consist of structurally and functionally similar cells. It is the group of the cells that make tissue.
The four types of tissues are:
Connective tissue: This tissue connects, separate and support other tissues. It consist of fiber, ground substance and cells. This tissue can be found as adipose tissue, blood, etc.
Epithelial tissue: This tissue is a thin layer of cell which is continuous and protective in nature. This tissue can be find in the lining of organs, blood vessels and the outermost layer of the skin.
Muscular tissue: This tissue consist of elongated cells which are also called muscle fiber. This tissue is responsible for the movement. They are of three types: skeletal, smooth and cardiac. This tissue is found in the legs, heart and in organs which have involuntary movement.
Nervous tissue: This tissue consist of neurons or nerve cells. These neurons have a cell body with nucleus and a tail called axon which helps in travel of electric impulse over great distance with the help of dendrites.
In nutshell, tissue is a group of cell which have a specialized function to perform. They are of four types and found at different places in the body.
