Do prokaryotes, eukaryotes, or both have dna

All living organisms have genetic information that consists in nucleic acids, in prokaryotes and eukaryotes it includes DNA, but prokaryotes don't have nucleus as separate compartment, genetic information is organized in nucleoid. Eukaryotes have nucleus. So both have DNA, but in different ways of organization.
